No.7 NCB Austerity (0-6-0ST)
Built by W. G. Bagnall Ltd in 1945 (Works No.2777). Acquired from NCB Comrie Colliery Fife. This Engine may have been built/assembled for Bagnall by Andrew Barclay in Kilmarnock. This Engine was latterly fitted with a Giesel ejector.

This locomotive is currently undergoing a major overhaul and is at present dismantled and in the process of being rebuilt. The major tasks include new tyres (complete), new big-end bearings, new axle springs/pins/bushes(complete), cylinder re-bore (complete) and new pistons, boiler re-tube, replacement of wasted bunker floor and running plates (complete) and refurbishment of all controls.
