Wanted!

There are items of equipment and parts that we are seeking (preferably by donation!)

Any machine tooling, drills, reamers, taps and dies, replaceable tip milling cutters and lathe tools, machine vices, rotating heads and such like.
Heavy duty large hydraulic press
Whitworth nuts & bolts all sizes, washers, cotter pins etc, rivets all types
Steel bar (round or hex any size) preferably with specification
Ferrous and nonferrous pipe and fittings all sizes.
Hand tools of all types including boilermakers tools
Inspection and measurement equipment.
Urgently needed! Rags, Cotton sheets, T shirts, sweat shirts, old towels, etc.

April 2005 We were delighted to receive a donation of a GF pipe screwing machine in excellent condition complete with a full set of tooling from PSI Ltd of Dalgety Bay Fife. This machine will save so much time and effort compared to using hand dies!

July 2003 - We were delighted to receive a donation of lockers and cupboards from Our Ladys High School in Motherwell. They will be most useful in the development of the stores area around our workshops

May 2003 - Thanks are again due to Anniesland College, Glasgow for another opportunity to purchase redundant equipment, this time lathes and a quantity of tooling to go with them.

December 2002 - Grateful thanks are due to Tullis Russell, Papermakers at Glenrothes and Wyko Engineering Stores when they donated a substantial quantity of surplus fastenings, mainly Whitworth to augment our dwindling stocks.

October 2002 - Thanks are due to Anniesland College in Glasgow when they gave us the opportunity to purchase some redundant welding plant thereby upgrading the facilities and equipment at our disposal.

Help!

Does anybody have photos of 419 in Caly or LMS days? I would like to have any photos of the engines now based at Bo'ness taken during their working lives prior to preservation for this site. Any photo will be scanned/copied and returned ASAP.
