Aquired from NCB Comrie Colliery Fife, this locomotive is currently undergoing a major overhaul and is at present dismantled and in the process of being rebuilt. The major tasks include re-profiling the tyres (complete), new big-end bearings (part machined), new axle springs/pins/bushes (complete), new pistons (complete), boiler re-tube, replacement of wasted bunker floor and running plates (complete) and refurbishment of all controls (complete).
